Deposit, Withdrawal and Payment Policy
3.1 — Deposit Terms
To deposit funds on dkwin9, you must use your own payment method. Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted. Currently available deposit methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (including major banks such as Sonali Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and BRAC Bank). The minimum deposit amount is ৳300.
3.2 — Withdrawal Terms
The minimum withdrawal amount for winnings is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour. Available withdrawal methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer. Withdrawals may only be made using the same method used for the deposit.
3.3 — Anti-Money Laundering Policy

Bonus and Promotion Terms
4.1 — Welcome Bonus
dkwin9 offers new members a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example, a deposit of ৳1,000 adds a bonus of ৳1,500, bringing the total balance to ৳2,500; to withdraw this bonus, a wager of ৳1,500 × 25 = ৳37,500 must be completed.
Bonus wagering means that winnings from the bonus can only be withdrawn after the bonus amount has been bet 25 times. The bonus is not real money — it functions only as betting credit.
4.2 — General Bonus Rules
- A user may apply for a bonus offer only once.
- Using multiple accounts while claiming a bonus or attempting to abuse the system will result in the bonus being cancelled and the account being suspended.
- dkwin9 reserves the right to modify or withdraw any bonus offer.
- In any dispute related to bonuses, the decision of dkwin9 will be considered final.
4.3 — VIP Program and Cashback
dkwin9's VIP program has four tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. Each tier offers cashback on weekly net losses: up to 0.3% for Bronze, 0.6% for Silver, 0.9% for Gold, and 1.2% for Platinum. For example, if a Gold member's weekly net loss is ৳20,000, they will receive ৳20,000 × 0.9% = ৳180 in cashback. Consistent activity allows progression to higher tiers.
Gaming and Betting Rules
5.1 — General Gaming Rules
All games and betting markets on dkwin9 are operated in accordance with internationally recognised standards. Each game has its own rules, and it is the user's responsibility to read them before starting a game. If a game is left incomplete due to a technical fault or network issue, dkwin9 will review the situation and take appropriate action.
5.2 — Betting Limits and Cancellations
dkwin9 reserves the right to set maximum bet amounts on any market. If a bet was accepted due to an obvious pricing error, the right to cancel it without compensation is reserved. Bet settlement will be based on results obtained from official sources for cricket, football, and any other sport.
5.3 — Permitted Use
The user must confirm that they are:
- Betting for themselves and for their own entertainment, not on behalf of a third party.
- Not using any automated software or bots.
- Not using any fraudulent strategies or coordinated betting methods.
- Not attempting to interfere with other users' accounts.
Intellectual Property and Content Rights

6.2 — User Content

Account Suspension and Closure Policy

dkwin9 reserves the right to temporarily or permanently close an account without prior notice for any of the following reasons:
- Violation of any clause of these terms.
- Providing false or misleading information.
- Operating multiple accounts or bonus fraud.
- Cyber attacks or fraudulent activity against the platform.
7.2 — Voluntary Account Closure
If you wish to close your account yourself, please contact our support team. Any outstanding withdrawal requests will be settled before the account is closed, however any unused bonus balance will be forfeited.

If any clause of these terms is found to be unenforceable for any reason, the remaining clauses will remain fully in effect. The unenforceable clause will be amended as closely as possible to its original intent.
11.2 — Entire Agreement
These terms, the Privacy Policy, and the Responsible Gaming Guidelines together form the entire agreement between dkwin9 and the user. Any prior oral or written agreement on matters covered in this document is considered void.
11.3 — No Waiver
If dkwin9 does not enforce any clause of these terms in a particular instance, this does not mean that clause will not be enforced in the future. Every clause remains fully in effect at all times.
